This 40-minute introduction to handstands will show you how to begin to work towards this inversions pose. The class starts with a little core work to strengthen to prepare for handstand. You will work on shoulder and arm strengthening that is so important as preparation work. And then you’ll flow into some balancing poses before moving into hop ups and finally into handstands.
