Udaya Spotlight: Jules Mitchell

Jules Mitchell.  Who doesn’t love this girl?!  Jules has put her 10,000 hours in to become one of the leading practitioners and teachers in the field of Restorative Yoga.  She is a dedicated member of the Udaya family and has been with us since the beginning.

As a Yoga Educator and Exercise Scientist, she combines the tradition of yoga with her education in biomechanics to help people safely and delicately explore new aspects of their body.  Her skill-based approach to movement increases strength and range of motion through deliberate and progressive exercises.  Jules extensively researched the science of stretching for her Master’s Thesis Project which she is currently editing for publication.  In the meantime, she educates the public about stretching through her blog.  She applies her research when working with clients, primarily teaching private lessons.
