Cabbage & Mushroom Saute with Nutty Rice & Fresh Avocados

Taking our inspiration from the East, we are preparing a delicious sauté of fresh cabbage, earthy mushrooms and sweet plums sautéd in toasted sesame oil with garlic, ginger and scallions. We sit this atop a nutty rice flecked with almonds and sesame seeds and a side of creamy avocado. Oh so good!!!
