Alyssa’s classes are strong, yet graceful and light-hearted with the intention of cultivating strength, flexibility and balance. With an understanding that each student is exactly where they need to be on their path, she provides safe alignment techniques while encouraging a deep internal awareness. She has been blessed to have had the opportunity to study with some of the greatest teachers of our time, and is honored to share what has inspired her path towards freedom. Alyssa teaches local yoga classes in Santa Monica, California.

Rudy often describes himself as “obsessed” with yoga and it is clearly evident in his teaching. Utilizing his experiences both on and off the mat, he inspires students to challenge their perceived boundaries while respecting their limitations.
