Ana Maria Rodriguez

Ana is a yoga instructor, drummer, runner, and all-around lover of movement. To Ana, Yoga asana is about getting in touch with one’s body, with the added potential of relieving issues that affect us beyond the physical. Although she enjoys athletic challenge and exercise, it is her nature and goal to reach out to those who falsely believe yoga is mainly for the flexible, young, mobile, female, or any limiting category of people. Her belief is that yoga has something to offer everyone, and she seeks to work with the curious and experienced alike.

Ana received her 200-hour certification in Holistic Yoga Flow with Travis Elliot and Lauren Eckstrom, and focused on Yoga Therapy in her 500-hour Udaya teacher training with Jules Mitchell.

RUDY METTIA
Rudy often describes himself as “obsessed” with yoga and it is clearly evident in his teaching. Utilizing his experiences both on and off the mat, he inspires students to challenge their perceived boundaries while respecting their limitations. As he guides students within the class, he carefully breaks down each movement, finding myopic muscle and energetic actions to achieve the most.
