14-Day Yoga Challenge

Welcome to the 14-day Yoga Challenge and congratulations on committing to your yoga practice. 14 classes by 14 teachers with a variety of yoga styles – Vinyasa, Kundalini, and Yin, to name a few.  Classes are between 40- to 80-minutes with most of them being 60-minutes. Whatever your goal, yoga has immeasurable benefits.
