The Office Workout

Stuck in the office? This 5-day workout is the perfect program to fit into your busy work schedule. Each class only requires 20-30 minutes per day so you’ll be able to fit into a break. The program will cycle through your entire body with a different area of focus for each day – upper body, lower body, core, recovery, and full body.
