    Level 2 class but challenging. Used as early morning “wake up”, more like a kick in the pants surprise for sleepy 😴 me. Walking foot in front of foot, Big toe behind heel instead of parallel, eyes closed- threw my brain into a spin…felt totally off balance but it was a wake up call to step out of my comfort zone.
