This Basic Practice is for those of you who are either just getting familiar with Yoga or want to alleviate some tightness in the basic poses. If you’re unfamiliar with some of the basic postures, this 30 minute class will help you get familiar with many of the poses that we encounter throughout all forms of Yoga.
