This is a 20-minute core flow that will work the abdominals, arms and torso. Follow along closely with Rudy and you’ll definitely begin to feel the burn in your abs and chest muscles. Core strength is an essential part of the practice so stay connected, push, and try not to exit early. Your abs, arms, and torso will be sore so get a good night rest to follow.
