This section of the challenge is not for beginners and so more advanced than I thought. The other challenges so far been great and concentrate on the core for a very effective workout. The instructor pace is way too fast and she is not very motivating. I did feel core being workout but not as well as the other challenges so far. When I repeat this whole challenge again I am going to skip it choose a different challenge and instructor as well.
