Creating length through our sides, obliques, ribs and chest when stretching our sides will help activate all of the small muscles that create definition in our muscles.     Another awesome Vytas class. It’s an oldie but goodie for me. I keep coming back to it. Great cues and amazing stretchy feeling after this one. Irons out all the nooks and crannies and leaves you with a feel great feeling! Cheers Vytas, cheers Udaya!

    Amazing practice! Strength and stretch – it feels SOOO good! The usual great cues and alignment tips from Vytas. The side stretches combined with some wicked side strengthening is beyond good! I keep coming back to this. Perfect to get the kinks out. Thank you!
