Come and play, in this strong, heart-opening class. Backbends are about letting go of the past, and bravely moving forward, without barriers. I give you some creative flows, to open up the hip flexors, spine and shoulders. You will gradually move into deeper and deeper backbends, in a carefully designed sequence. The class concludes with counter poses, to balance the spine, and finishing poses. A great class for anyone going through transition, or looking to make a change. Enjoy!
