Through combination out of meditation, yin yoga, SMFR and fascial yoga, we bring awareness to the heart center, Anahata, stoking the internal fire to feel the capacity of love within. Igniting the light of awareness and cultivating a steady flame in the cave of your heart. In order to sense and feel this, you’ll practice poses that support and stretch your thoracic spine, shoulder blades, sides of your heart, and upper chest to expand the space around your heart and activate inner warmth.
