In this 30 minute class Rudy shows us how to reach the deep connective tissue in the hips without diving into a full length hour long class. If you find yourself stiff in the midsection, pelvis, or lower back this class will help you find relief for those areas in a short amount of time. In some of these poses you may experience discomfort, but remember to breath into each pose and eventually the discomfort will fade.
