In this 30 minute Rainbow Yoga class students will focus on opening up the connection from the base of the spine to the crown of the head, Root Chakra (Muladhara) to Crown Chakra (Sahasrara), through guided meditation/visualization, Kundalini Pranayama, Kundalini core work, and spinal flexibility. Students are encouraged to maintain a deep focus on their subtle energy body through the duration of the practice while exploring the true power of presence! Each person will benefit from this class by leaving with a deeper awareness and connection to the earth, to the body, mind, and soul.
