This practice is dedicated to Ganesha. We focus on incorporating the qualities of this archetype into our mat. Ganesha is the elephant, symbol of stability, freedom from obstacles, the lord of portals and the Dharma. In this class we practice postures that will help us in our physical and emotional balance, as well as in gaining insight into the direction of our path and intentions in life. We use the twists to clean our way and standing postures to root from the inside and feel ownership of our dreams.
