After practicing for awhile most vinyasa students realize that the excessive cobras and up dogs can cause injuries if done improperly.  This flow subtracts the vinyasa and adds other creative ways to backbend using more core and arm strength. This is a strong class with plenty of opportunities to run and hide. Make sure to have a towel handy.
