A little pre-class sequence to target our lovely glutes. So often this space gets left behind (no pun intended) in our asana practice. It’s so important to activate areas of weakness pre-class to enable them to stay alive and alert during the class. This 20-minute sequence will set you up for lovely, well balanced, strong glutes that will carry into other areas of your practice giving you power and strength to arrive at some bigger poses.
