This is a modified Rocket 2 sequence as created by the late Larry Schultz of San Francisco. This practice finds its foundation from second series ashtanga working through some strong back bending poses as well as a few fun arm balances. This is an accessible but challenging practice that will leave you feeling open and strong in equal measure.
