A sun salutation is a described as “a series of yoga poses performed in a continuous flowing sequence and intended to improve the strength and flexibility of the muscles.” Various traditions practice sun salutations differently; there’s no particular dogmatic “Namaskar A” sequence. There’s more than one way to skin a cat, so to speak. In this short, high-energy class, we’ll try more than a few ways to flow in devotion to the sun.
