Most of the poses we go through in Vinyasa Flow Yoga are standing postures. In this 20 minute segment Vytas takes it to the floor to explore a sequence of seated postures. Don’t underestimate the difficulty of some of these poses as they may be trickier than you would expect. Stay focused and stay activated as you enter each pose.
