    Self Awakening practice turned my world upside-down and inside-out from perceived traditional yoga classes. I learned my body is flexible but my mind is not, it rebelled each time a traditional movement…turning body and head same direction was changed to moving head and body in opposite directions!
    This practice taught me to try new things without judging them while doing them.
    Take a leap…our daily lives are over programmed with common place activities. I learned it’s OK to not understand completely new movements. Trust yourself to delve into the uncommon.
