Yoga usually has two speeds: static holds and mindful vinyasa. This doesn’t have to be the case. Our bodies are designed to be explosive and that type of movement shouldn’t necessarily be limited to your off the mat cardio exercise. Try your hand at some of these faster sequences. We will contrast the fast with slow in order to get an idea of how to stay mindful in the movement.
