This challenging sequence focuses on strength of core and upper body.  Seeing if you can maintain body control with strengh while focusing the mind using breath and discipline is a tangible reality if you just practice using the correct muscles and technique.  Modifying is the key to building from a strong foundation.  Expect to be on your forearms alot in this one, plenty of planks and all of their variations mixed with a few down dogs and forward bends.
