Each flow starts with the same Sun A & B warm up and ends with the same closing sequences, with a different daily dose of postures. PHAT TUESDAYS: Stand strong and get long. Lots of planks (highs & lows), static holds and plyometric & quadrilateral movements. LOTS of core. This class will leave you feeling lean & mean.
