Diese Praxis ist eine wunderbare Vorbereitung für die Meditation oder in sich bereits Meditation in Bewegung.

Asana as mudra and movement as meditation connected with breath and sound is the underlying theme of this class. In this conscious breath-sound-movement journey we slow down and perceive more clearly our inner spaces as well as the space that holds us. This practice facilitates deep listening which is prerequisite for entering meditation.
