It’s easy to forget about our feet especially as we become more familiar with yoga and start to move a little quicker, but our feet are the foundation of practically everything we do. They are our connection to the Earth, what grounds us down, and what gives us the strength we need to move through more difficult Asana. This class is dedicated to shifting our focus to foot placement, giving our feet a little love, and rooting ourselves more consciously to the ground.
