High Intensity Barre
This class is a butt-kicking, calorie burning hour. We take your typical barre class up a notch by adding cardio intervals! Plan on wearing sneakers for part of the class and working up a sweat. We will always offer low-impact options, but this class will definitely take it up a notch!
