Twists literally wring us out, they are very cleansing poses. In this flow class we will do a balanced warm up with sun salutations, standing poses and basic twists. We then move into deeper twists, including some twisty arm balances. The practice finishes with backbends, shoulder stand and savasana. Great for detoxing, enjoy!
