This practice is a very strong class that, unlike many other classes, does not turn the hips open for its poses. These neutrally rotated postures, as we call them, are very challenging in many ways. One must recruit a large array of muscles to maintain even-ness without collapsing. This class will challenge your legs, core, balance, shoulders and areas you didn’t even know you could challenge!
