A profoundly settling and transformative practice which focuses on being with your essential self, as you are in this moment. You will use your breath, body, senses and thoughts to draw into your own fullness of presence. Learn to connect with your breath and  experience the subtlety of yourself by using mantra, breath, asana and meditation. This class begins with a gentle breath exercise and recitation of the Gayatri Mantra to internalize and listen with the heart energy. This is a slow meditative asana practice where you are encouraged to create your own experience, with a focus of moving into the deeper perception of the Self.

Rudy often describes himself as “obsessed” with yoga and it is clearly evident in his teaching. Utilizing his experiences both on and off the mat, he inspires students to challenge their perceived boundaries while respecting their limitations. As he guides students within the class, he carefully breaks down each movement, finding myopic muscle and energetic actions to achieve the most.
