Indem du deinen Körper kräftigst, vereinst du ihn gleichzeitig mit deinem Geist. Am Ende der Session fühlst du dich ausgeglichen und ruhig, stark und konzentriert. Du ruhst in dir und bist vollkommen ausgeglichen.

In this session I show you energetic moves combined with meditation and deep breathing. Core strengthening poses stimulate your sense of balance. I continue with yoga poses stabilizing your whole body and making you incredibly flexible. You feel more and more balanced and calm, strong and conscious. Until you rest in yourself. You’re balanced.
