Primal Movement is an introduction to learn a playful technique of how our bodies were meant to move freely. These movements are generated from your center core stabilizers, then radiated to your limbs in a cross-crawl pattern to build full body functional strength. By linking breath and movement, this primal flow can lead your mind and body into a meditative zone while building core strength and elevated proprioception. Escaping comfort zones, and reawakening our inner child through basic movement patterns can help bump your practice out of a plateau all while increasing strength, stamina and flexibility.
