This is a technical practice which introduces yoga props to skillfully approach classical yoga poses. These 4 classes, taught by yoga therapist, Jules Mitchell vary in difficulty yet can be modified for all levels. Her teaching, inspired by Yapana, Life Supported Yoga, uniquely offers alternate variations that balance stretching and flexibility with strength and stability, depending on what is appropriate for your individual body.
