The 1st Trimester Series of “Practicing For Two” is about establishing a new foundation for your yoga practice during your pregnancy. I like to think of my prenatal yoga series as the complete opposite to what most prenatal yoga classes are like. Yes, it’s lovely to breathe love to your baby and chill out on bolsters – and we’ll definitely do some of that as we move along your pregnancy – but you’re still YOU. And if you’re like me and have an existing flow practice, you’ll probably want to keep doing a flow practice – modified to keep yourself safe, of course. This class will be as much like a normal vinyasa flow class, and a great one to study if you are going to go to studios to take classes as I’ll give you modifications to some of the most common poses.
