The 1st Trimester Series of “Practicing For Two” is about establishing a new foundation for your yoga practice during your pregnancy. Your 1st Trimester is an interesting one because you probably look just as you did before getting pregnant, but you may never have felt more different! The focus of this class is to take a step back from whatever yoga or fitness routine you may have had and to get centered with your newly changing body. It will set the foundation for the rest of your pregnancy practice, and is a good one for days when you don’t have much energy, or are experiencing some nausea. Style: Prenatal Stretch.
