The 1st Trimester Series of “Practicing For Two” is about establishing a new foundation for your yoga practice during your pregnancy. So, you’re pregnant! Sure, your body’s changing, but it doesn’t mean you become this fragile being who should be afraid of movement and challenging yourself. I felt pretty anxious about what was okay and what wasn’t, but as I tuned into what my body was telling me, I realized I could still keep an active practice.
