The 2nd Trimester Series of “Practicing for Two” is about maintaining your pre-pregnancy practice or level of fitness while continuing to listen to your body’s intelligence. In the hopes that you’re having lots of days in your 2nd trimester where you’re feeling great, I’m bringing you 3 prenatal strong flow classes that won’t feel that different from any other vinyasa flow class. In this class we are going to get playful with balancing poses, balancing on our feet (or foot!), our hands (or hand!), and our head (if that’s something you already have in your practice).
