The 2nd Trimester Series of “Practicing for Two” is about maintaining your pre-pregnancy practice or level of fitness while continuing to listen to your body’s intelligence. So here we are in the so-called Golden Trimester. Lots of mums-to-be feel super-energized and positive during this trimester, which is definitely something to enjoy and celebrate. I still want to offer a shorter practice for days that you might not have time or as much energy, so we focus on some sweet stretches in this class. Style: Prenatal Stretch.
