The 3rd Trimester Series of “Practicing for Two” is about winding things down as you come into the home stretch of growing your little human(s). Your belly’s probably popped by now and you’re probably REALLY feeling pregnant. I’m a big advocate of taking it easy – so if a pedicure or pregnancy massage is calling your name, go for it!
