The 3rd Trimester Series of “Practicing for Two” is about winding things down as you come into the home stretch of growing your little human(s). Most mums-to-be have the most physical nigglings during the 3rd trimester as your belly grows, your centre of gravity constantly shifts, and everything in general becomes so much harder. It’s important to try to keep as much space in your body as possible, particularly in your legs – which may cramp, and your back – which may ache. In this class we get things moving moderately and stretch ourselves out, all the while being mindful not to overstretch (gotta watch out for that relaxin!). Style: Prenatal Flow.
