The 3rd Trimester Series of “Practicing for Two” is about winding things down as you come into the home stretch of growing your little human(s). During your 3rd trimester, particularly in the first part of it, you might find that you still have a good amount of energy and mobility. In this prenatal flow, we accommodate a normal vinyasa practice for your growing belly while still giving you a bit of challenge as it’s important to maintain your strength and stamina as best as possible.
