This is a 30-minute ballet/barre class with a twist. We traditionally do barre classes with our toes turned out, but many clients don’t know why. This class will focus on our ballet barre sequence in both turned out toes and parallel feet so you can REALLY identify the difference and effectiveness in both positions. This will help you maximize your barre classes in the future.
