Meditation for Positivity is a guided 30-minute meditation which starts with a little bit of movement. Sun Salutations A & B and hip openers warm the body before the sit. Learning to focus on your breath during asana is the gateway to meditation. Holding the intention of positivity throughout solidifies positivity into all areas of your life, into all cells of your body.
