Inversions open you up to an opposite perspective. You literally turn your point of view upside down. Focus, presence and persistence are required when learning to invert. Knowing when to stay right side up is equally as important. You may find your attention waves and lands in the upper extremity when your arms become your foundation instead of your legs.
