In this practice, we START to experience obstacles as opportunities to see What’s In The Way Is The Way. At first, we thought our Possibility Pose was a pose we didn’t like or couldn’t do – then we transformed it into a way to witness our personal progress and to See Possibility.

Like a puzzling pose, difficulty in life can help us become stronger too. Our Stuckat List is where we START to see life’s challenges as the doorway to possibility. A weightlifter adds on weight to build strength by using resistance as a tool. This asana practice uses postures as tactile evidence that the pushback point is the pot of gold. In yoga philosophy, this is called pradipaksha bhavana – cultivating the ability to turn a negative into a positive.
