The final segment in the Bhakti Yin series, You’re Grounded is a floor-based practice. We begin in savasana practicing sravana, the hearing of mantra. The practice then moves into some stretching on the back and into some seated stretches over various parts of the body. We then return to our backs for a guided savasana meditation to close the practice.
