Active Restoration

Active Restoration is a technical yoga practice that introduces yoga props to skillfully approach classical yoga poses. These 4 Restorative Yoga classes, taught by yoga therapist, Jules Mitchell vary in difficulty yet can be modified for all levels. The 3 Therapeutic-based classes are: Foundational Standing Poses, Supported Backbends, and Skillful Inversions. Also included is a short workshop on how to use props as well as a bonus restorative class. Her teaching, inspired by Yapana, Life Supported Yoga, uniquely offers alternate variations that balance stretching and flexibility with strength and stability, depending on what is appropriate for your individual body.
