Forged by Fire is a 13-class Power yoga program designed by Rudy Mettia. This program includes eleven 60-minute classes which focus on slower, intense sequencing. With an eye on precise alignment, the presence of breath, and long holds, this series builds the fire from the inside out. There are also two 30-minute quick-paced classes guaranteed to make you sweat. These are great on their own or can be added to one of the other Forged by Fire classes.
